To assure you, our customer, with a quality float trip, we provide tubes that are a cut above the standard. These tubes are covered with denier nylon for complete protection from the elements. For the couples, parents with kids or even a youth group,  we not only offer the single person tube, but a 2-person tube as well. We also offer cooler tubes that can be used to float your cooler of food and beverages in. Coolers need to be 48 quart or smaller without wheels. Styrofoam coolers are not allowed on the river. The tubing trip is a more leisurely  trip and takes twice the time as a canoe. Tubes can be snapped together to create a flotilla of 5 tubes with no more than 8 people total. Steering the tubes away from the bank and other obstacles require you to get off the tubes and push or pull them back into the main channel. Wearing old tennis shoes or any type of water shoe is important. Tubing instructions,  life jackets and river maps are supplied with a short safety orientation before your group departs.
