Camping

Campsites are located at Smith Falls State Park, Graham’s Camp or Sunny Brook Camp. Each campsite has advantages depending on what type of campground you are looking for. Vehicles with your camping gear can be shuttled to most campsites. Graham’s Campground is located just below Brewer Bridge. All campsites are located near the river and have picnic tables, fire rings, and lots of trees. Port-a-potties, water and concessions are available within walking distance of all sites. The numbers of spaces are limited so reservations are recommended. When leaving the campsite we ask that you take all trash to the dumpsters and leave the campsite as though no one had been there.

Camping rules: Keep fires small. Abide by fire bans if in place. Never leave fires unattended. Put all fires out with water. Do not move fire rings or picnic tables. Please use the available rest room facilities. Do not cut trees or stumps for firewood or hot dog sticks. What you pack in, please pack out. Leave as little trash as possible.

Driving Directions: Our campground is located just below Brewer Bridge. Take Hwy 12 east of Valentine (or west of Springview) to Sparks, NE. Turn south and go 5 miles on the county road to Sharp’s Concession trailer. Turn right on the small trail road that goes beside the trailer. Follow the trail around beside the river. There will be a sign that says “Graham’s Camp” and your name will be posted on your campsite.
